What conditions can JSJ help?
Jin Shin Jyutsu can be beneficial in the management of a huge range of conditions or “labels” including Back problems, Fatigue, Depression, Stress and Panic attacks, Insomnia, Ovarian Cysts, Autism, Migraines, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Pneumonia, Sinusitis, Tumours, Food Allergies, Infertility, etc.
It can also be used to help identify and harmonize emotional “attitudes” or patterns that prevent us living life to our full potential.
In essence, JSJ is good for anyone wanting to achieve and maintain wellness, balance and happiness.

What happens during a JSJ session?
Each JSJ session starts with an initial discussion and posture examination. This is followed by palpation of the wrist pulses. This allows the Therapist to determine how to specifically harmonize your body. During the JSJ session, you’ll be required to lie (face up) on a massage bed. It is best to wear comfortable clothing. Various combinations of points in your body will then be held. Most people find the sessions extremely relaxing and commonly fall asleep.
How long is a JSJ session?
A session lasts 60 minutes, comprising:
~ 45 minutes of physical healing
~ 15 minutes for the initial consultation and self-help JSJ positions
How many sessions are required?
Single sessions of Jin Shin Jyutsu are beneficial, but a group of sessions in close succession is often more effective in the treatment of more ’serious’ or chronic conditions. The sessions are available separately or as a package.
