Sattva Yoga: Tuesdays 7-8pm

You’ll experience:
Unique poses for each organ/meridian system
Resistance Training – how resisting in a pose gets you a deeper, more lasting stretch

Qigong for Weight Loss: Wednesdays 7-8pm
Could energy blocks be the cause of your weight gain or inability to lose weight? Speed up your weight loss attempts by boosting the Qi flow through specific meridians that help boost your metabolism.

Hatha Yoga: Wednesdays 3-4 pm
This classic yoga class is run by Yoga Master Christopher Lim. Suitable for all skill levels, this class aims to increase your flexibility and core strength.
