Although slimming programs should never be the replacement for healthy living habits, effective fat reduction programs can be a very good kick-start to a new, healthier lifestyle.
Many slimming centres have gained a bad reputation for hard selling and poor results. Sales consultants often sell based on the client’s perceived budget, rather than the offering the most suitable treatment program. The cost is also inflated by the use of scrubs, wraps and lotions, which are of dubious benefit. This inflates the treatment cost and treatment time. In addition, the quality of slimming technology can vary quite significantly depending on the producer of the machines.

For overall weight loss, we recommend Thermojet and/or Ion Magnum. Thermojet increases fat metabolism during the treatment and speeds up the basal metabolic rate for 3-4 days after each session. Instant reduction is the norm. The Ion Magnum burns fat during muscle stimulation, and is a more effective workout than normal exercise.
For targeted fat reduction, Diamond Contours Biomesosculpture and Radiofrequency are options. Biomesosculpture is particularly effective in reducing abdominal fat, reducing an average of 5cm in 5 sessions with no downtime. The proprietary chocolate slimming cream smells delicious whilst detoxifying the treated area. This is the treatment for chocoholics who want to lose weight! Radiofrequency has skin firming and fat melting characteristics, and can be used for facial as well as body slimming.
We also offer a detoxification program using Neera Detox. Although not strictly for weight loss, the clearance of sludge from the gut can help with overall health. You have the option of doing this at home, or coming in daily for pampering treatments that help in the detoxification process.
Yoga classes in our mind/body room help in flexibility. Stretching of the neck can stimulate thyroid function, helping with the weight loss process.
